Morgan Auto Group is seeking a

Benefits Specialist

to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the employee experience and benefits administration. In this position, you will manage clear communications for our employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, ensure compliance, and serve as the go-to resource for employee benefit questions. Prior benefits administration experience welcomed but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage new hire enrollments, life event changes, transfers, reinstatements and terminations

Lead and support

annual open enrollment

process

Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution

Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators

Ensure compliance with

ACA and COBRA

regulations

Maintain accurate records in HRIS and benefits systems

Collaborate with HR team

Qualifications

Strong interest in employee benefits and compliance regulations

Experience with HRIS/payroll systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

CEBS, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification welcomed but not required

In-office role within a dealership or corporate office setting

Supports multiple locations and employees across the organization

Fast-paced environment with deadlines around payroll and open enrollment
