ROLE DESCRIPTION As an Account Manager for Lisa Richardson Agency, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will be essential to growing our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Drive sales of State Farm products.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing outstanding customer service.
Identify upselling opportunities to meet client needs and agency goals.

Work independently while contributing to overall agency success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Life & Health License (Preferred)
Current Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
Previous experience in insurance sales or account management required.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Compensation $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
