Senior Estimator

An established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial ground-up and high-rise projects across South Florida is looking to add an experienced Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator to the team. This individual will play a key role in leading preconstruction efforts, managing bids, and working closely with operations to successfully deliver upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preconstruction and estimating process from concept through GMP Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages Manage subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and bid leveling Collaborate with project management and operations teams during handoff Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Requirements: 7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating or preconstruction Experience delivering ground-up commercial and/or high-rise projects Strong knowledge of construction costs, bidding, and project delivery methods Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced xywuqvp environment Proficiency with industry estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) What’s on Offer: Strong pipeline of upcoming commercial and high-rise work Stable, well-backed contractor with long-term growth Competitive compensation package Clear path for career progression into senior leadership
