Sales Operations Team Member

Working in the Sales Operations team you will primarily be supporting the rollout, support and administration of a new Service Cloud implementation in our mature and well-established Salesforce Org. Additionally, you will also support the sales Operations team with the general administration of our Salesforce environment which has over 360 users. The role will also require you to liaise with our Salesforce Partner to ensure that the system currently being rolled out is built to best practice guidelines, and be the key contact for ongoing system maintenance, improvements, and user support. This will involve all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the new Service Cloud implementation as well as, but not limited to: Consulting with the business and our Salesforce Partner to implement new features and constantly improve the system. Answering and solving user support cases User management and training Maintaining system documentation Creating and updating reports and dashboards What You Will Bring A certified Salesforce Administrator, and Service Cloud Consultant required with a minimum of 12 months demonstrable practical experience in a Salesforce Service Cloud Administration role. Experience of Sales Cloud, Pardot, Conga Composer/Contracts beneficial but not essential. You should be a fast learner with a high attention to detail, and keen to pick up and implement new skills. You should also be someone who has a "consulting mindset" with excellent all round communication skills and experience of dealing with people at all levels in an organization. You must have the right to work in the US. Reporting and Place of Work You will report to Global Director of Sales Operations. This is a full-time hybrid role. You will be expected to be in our Boca Raton, FL office a minimum of 2-3 days a week or as required by the business.
