Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone (inbound/outbound) with accuracy and professionalism Resolve service and billing complaints (refunds, adjustments, exchanges) Follow up with customers regarding claims and issue resolution Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Required Skills Strong verbal & written communication Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills High attention to detail xywuqvp and documentation accuracy Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 2–4 years of customer service experience Experience in call center or client-facing roles preferred
