We are seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager in Pinellas County Florida.Must be in Pinellas County Florida. This is a part time role and Hours will vary based on need.Your job will be:1) Acquiring new and maintaining current client relationships2) Answering and responding to any and all communications from clients, residents, guests and clients of the community association including afterhours, weekends, and holidays 3) Scheduling, getting approval for, and ensuring contractors work is complete and to specifications4) Attend board meetings, take notes, leverage recording softwares/tools, and ensure complicance with florida statute5) Site visits atleast one time per month to check for liabilty issues, safety issues, and community health. recblid xefrojqgp605hludtm0bsujb2viyrq
