Job Title
Property Manager
Location Kent, UK - South East
Salary £27,000 – £35,000 per annum + package
Working Hours Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30
Duties And Responsibilities (not limited to)
Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
Ensuring the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
Arranging inventories, check‑ins and check‑outs and conducting property inspections
Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
Coordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
Proposing and negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding the rebuttal process
Must Have
Property management experience
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised and punctual
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Keen problem solver and good under pressure
Client facing
Strong administration and excellent IT skills
Ability to build long‑term relationships with landlords
Positive and encouraging attitude
Good to have (but not essential)
ARLA or NFOPP qualification
Experience with STREET/Qube
