What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the technical liaison for prospective customers throughout the sales cycle
Maintain customer relationships while expanding their use of NG‑SIEM and providing feedback to the Product Management team
Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating technical capabilities and outlining a technical vision for NG‑SIEM
Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams to drive customer acquisition and success
Contribute to defining and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for NG‑SIEM, exploring new use cases and partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR
Proficiency in Linux and Windows troubleshooting, data ingestion formats, and cloud concepts
Experience with distributed data stores, cloud providers, and container orchestration, such as Kubernetes
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and work effectively in a team selling context
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Resourceful problem‑solving skills and a constructive approach to challenges
Experience in evangelizing technology and acquiring new accounts
