Serve as the technical face of NG-SIEM for prospective customers throughout the sales cycle Maintain relationships with customers, providing insights on NG-SIEM capabilities and gathering feedback for product management Act as a trusted advisor, answering technical questions and demonstrating the technical vision of NG-SIEM Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams to drive customer engagement and value Contribute to defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, exploring new use cases and partnerships What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR, including data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, and visualization Strong technical, analytical, and sales skills with a compassionate approach to customer challenges Ability to work effectively in a team selling environment while also being proactive in problem-solving Experience with Linux and Windows troubleshooting, data ingestion formats, and programming languages is advantageous Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
