What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary technical liaison for prospective customers throughout the sales cycle
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to enhance their understanding and use of NG‑SIEM
Provide technical value and guidance during customer interactions, addressing inquiries and demonstrating product capabilities
Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams
Contribute to defining and executing the go‑to‑market strategy, exploring new use cases and partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR
Strong technical, analytical, and sales skills with a customer‑centric approach
Ability to work effectively in a team while also taking initiative to solve challenges
Familiarity with Linux and Windows troubleshooting, data ingestion formats, and cloud concepts
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with distributed data stores, cloud providers, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Participation in common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling
Consultative sales experience with the ability to challenge businesses to think differently
Proven ability to evangelize technology and identify new account acquisition opportunities
