Act as a strategic finance partner to Regional and Commercial leadership by delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and pricing discipline. Lead analysis of commercial performance, identifying risks and opportunities across volume, pricing, and investment. Provide data-driven recommendations and financial guidance to optimize business results and support long‑term value creation.

Responsibilities

Performance & Insights : Lead analysis of regional commercial and financial performance, identifying key drivers of volume, price, mix, and profitability. Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for regional and commercial leadership.

Planning & Forecasting : Own regional inputs for planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Improve forecast accuracy through advanced analytics and business partnership.

Revenue Growth & Pricing : Support execution of revenue management strategies, including pricing, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness. Analyze ROI of commercial investments and recommend actions to optimize spend and maximize profitability. Act as a financial steward to ensure disciplined pricing, investment, and decision‑making aligned to company strategy.

Process, Tools & Data : Develop and enhance tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve decision‑making and transparency. Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and system capabilities in partnership with Commercial Operations and IT. Able to collaborate efficiently & effectively cross‑functionally.

Establish scalable processes and data governance that enable strong financial controls and high‑quality decision making.

Influence commercial and financial decisions to achieve or exceed regional volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

Deliver accurate and timely planning and forecasting inputs, continuously improving methodologies and insights.

Diagnose business performance challenges and develop actionable recommendations that improve growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Revenue Management teams to influence and drive decisions in a dynamic business environment.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG preferred (high volume and multi‑distributor environment).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and high‑visibility environment.

Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.

Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non‑financial audiences.

Strategic mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Advanced analytical capabilities and ability to translate insights into business outcomes.

Education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree

Technical Certifications: CPA, CFA a plus

Compensation Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a position’s location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

Competitive annual salary $88,000 - $110,000
