
Commercial Real Estate Advisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CRE Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for estimating market land lease rates and negotiating billboard site leases. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of basic commercial real estate lease terms, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate commercial properties with billboard advertising revenues top of mind, including advertising rates, occupancy and other performance metrics.
Manage related research functions, including assignments, review of data gathered, analysis and communication with the team.
Perform land lease negotiations with sign owners/operators.
Track the status of deals in Salesforce CRM and report weekly on progress with multiple leases.
Maintain and update files and records that are exchanged with tenants and landlords.
Assist with other consulting and property management clients as needed, including meetings and support where it is needed.
Prepare and analyze lease analysis reports to share with clients, team members and support staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues between our clients and their tenants as the arise.
Reconcile differences and find solutions that build on our reliable and professional reputation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., LandVision, Yardi, Reonomy, or similar) and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Full-time position with standard office hours. (M-F 8am-4pm)
