Job Description You will be the Senior Manager Signature Management – Sustainment for the Signature Management Sustainment team which is responsible for safeguarding the F‑35’s low‑observable advantage throughout its operational life cycle.
What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Manager Signature Management – Sustainment you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of senior scientists, reliability engineers, and data analysts to monitor, update, and re‑qualify LO technologies as they age, encounter new threat spectra, or integrate with emerging upgrades.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and overseeing sustainment‑focused experiments, life‑cycle testing, and signature performance trend analyses for the F‑35 fleet.
Coordinating IP assessments, patent continuation, and technology‑transfer activities with Legal, Business Development, and external research partners.
Serving as the senior technical liaison to program leadership, international customers, and allied industry experts on sustainment‑related signature issues.
Championing a data‑driven, safety‑first culture that enables continuous improvement of LO capability throughout the aircraft’s service life.
