LHH is looking for a Property Admin for a client in Blue Ash. The Property Administrator supports the onsite management team at a large commercial property by providing administrative support, tenant-facing customer service, and assistance with financial and operational activities. This role works closely with the Property Manager and serves as a primary point of contact for tenants and vendors at the managed location. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $22/hr.

Responsibilities

Provided administrative support to the onsite Property Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and record maintenance

Served as a primary point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, service requests, and general property-related needs in a professional and timely manner

Assisted with tenant onboarding activities, move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing tenant communications

Coordinated with vendors and internal teams to track work orders, service requests, and maintenance activities

Supported budgeting and forecasting processes by tracking expenses, maintaining schedules, and assisting with financial reports

Reviewed, coded, and tracked vendor invoices for accuracy and proper account allocation prior to approval

Maintained organized property files, contracts, certificates of insurance, and compliance documentation

Assisted with preparation of monthly and annual property reports and operational summaries

Supported general office operations for the onsite management office, including supplies, meeting coordination, and document management

Ensured a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or accounts payable role.

Familiarity with vendor invoice processing, expense coding, and basic accounting concepts

Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, or financial reporting preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills, with experience working directly with tenants or clients

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management or accounting systems

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment
