Summary
The Sales Operations Support Intern supports the Sales, Program, and Aftermarket teams with basic administrative and data entry tasks related to customer orders and sales tracking. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to order processing, internal coordination, and business operations within an aerospace environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and cataloging existing Aftermarket contracts
Support review of contract documents to ensure files are complete and properly stored
Help create and maintain contract tracking spreadsheets or logs
Assist in developing and documenting a basic contract management workflow
Support proposal and contract administration tasks under supervision
Help prepare contract‑related documentation and summaries as directed
Conduct basic research on contract terms or administrative requirements as assigned
Support special projects related to process improvement and documentation
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field
Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
Coursework in operations, supply chain, accounting, or business analytics preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and data organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience working with data in spreadsheets through coursework, projects, or internships
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Ability to handle routine tasks with accuracy and consistency
The compensation for this position will be $23.00-$24.00 per hour.
