Mission

Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Turn market and customer insight into campaigns that drive demos/RFQs. Top 5 Responsibilities

Define value propositions and messaging for cutting/marking/engraving systems and key verticals. Build annual/quarterly marketing plan and campaign calendar. Create sales enablement (decks, battlecards, one-pagers, ROI narratives). Partner with sales, applications, and product teams to close feedback loop. Set KPIs and track campaign performance with Demand Gen and Ops. Key Experience

5-8+ years B2B product marketing in industrial or capital equipment. Comfortable with technical products and translating to business outcomes. Other Tasks

Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads. Work directly with prospective clients. Write reports to document current and projected metrics and market conditions. Create automated dashboards and metrics for rapid sales understanding. Initiate and track sales campaigns to identify growth, challenges and risks. Lead generation, aimed towards developing hot leads. Optimize product definition and services. Develop and execute PR Campaigns. Form strategic product marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, and business planning. Expand channel development and conduct marketing activities designed to achieve a specific product position in the market. Construct customer value propositions, working as a cross-functional team with both sales and manufacturing. Manage product launches in specific channels or regional markets. Private email sending software configuring and optimizing. Familiar with tools and software needed to automate marketing initiatives. WordPress optimization/stabilization experience. Detail-oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with tight time lines, and the ability to multi-task and work with various departments. Responsibilities

Optimize product definition and services. Form strategic product marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, and business planning. Expand channel development and conduct marketing activities designed to achieve a specific product position in the market. Analyze product requirements and emerging technology trends. Develop materials for press release, exhibits and customer presentations and sales. Construct customer value propositions, working as a cross-functional team with both sales and manufacturing. Define functional specifications; price, value packages and cost targets. Manage product launches in specific channels or regional markets. Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as TV, radio, print, digital or social media, that needs to be created and distributed. Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content. Work with in-house or external Writers and other content creators to create the desired content.
