About the Role: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support a high-performing commercial real estate broker in Manhattan. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital storytelling, has a strong eye for content, and is eager to gain firsthand exposure to the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Write engaging, on-brand captions for social media platforms (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)

Schedule and manage content posting calendar

Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content using an iPhone during day-to-day operations

Attend property tours approximately 2 days per month to film and document content

Assist in developing content ideas that align with business goals and current market trends

Maintain consistency in voice, branding, and overall aesthetic

Qualifications:

Writing and editing skills with an understanding of tone and audience

Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools

Basic content creation skills (photo/video on iPhone)

Organized, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently in a part-time role

Interest in real estate, marketing, or content creation
