HIRING: Social & Sales Assistant (10 hrs/week · HYBRID · Creative Agency) Aura Creative is a boutique content and production agency working with lifestyle, beauty, and e-commerce brands. We’re looking for a detail-driven, social-savvy assistant to support our founder with social media execution, sales outreach, and keeping our content systems organized and ahead of ready to sell. This is a part-time contractor role (~10 hrs/week) — ideal for someone who already lives on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, understands brand positioning, and has proven experience in a creative agency or brand environment. Weekly Responsibilities Social Media Support (3 hrs/week) Draft and schedule 2–3 posts per week (captions and assets provided) Repurpose past shoot content into Reels, TikToks, or BTS cuts Test one trend-based concept per week Maintain and update the content calendar Sales & Growth Outreach (2-3 hrs/week) DM or email 10 new high-intent prospects weekly Follow up with warm leads or previous conversations Research 2–3 aligned prospects and log contacts into our CRM Track all outreach with statuses (new, responded, follow-up, closed) Marketing & Operations Support (2-3 hrs/week) Draft one short newsletter or LinkedIn post per week Update decks, case studies, or proposal templates when needed Assist with shoot prep (shot lists, confirmations, props) Capture light BTS content during the week Trends & Analytics (2-3 hr/week) Log weekly performance metrics (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn) Identify top-performing content and why it worked Present 2–3 new content or trend ideas for the upcoming week You’re a Strong Fit If You Have real agency or brand-side experience (required) Are confident in client-facing communication and proactive outreach Are organized and systems-oriented (Notion, Airtable, Google Drive, Asana) Stay ahead of trends with good taste and strategic awareness Have an eye for content, storytelling, and human psychology Understand photo/video production environments at a basic level Required Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite CapCut or equivalent short-form video editing experience Social media experience across IG, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools Please apply or email us your resume and examples of work to hello@auracreatv.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
