About the Role Our current sales agents are at full capacity with existing clients—we need a dedicated specialist focused entirely on new business development. You'll be our lead generation engine, conducting outbound outreach and cold calling to book qualified opportunities for our senior agents. You'll be representing ecological, water-focused products, so a passion for sustainability and a data-driven sales approach are a big plus.

Core Responsibilities

Execute high-volume email outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential B2B partners.

Conduct outbound cold calls to qualify prospects and pitch ecological solutions.

Schedule events and manage sales outreach designed to drive event attendance and engagement.

Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline—tracking, nurturing, and booking qualified meetings for senior agents using CRM tools.

Apply an analytical mindset to monitor outreach performance and optimize messaging for higher conversion rates.

Client Maintenance & Operations

Perform basic client maintenance to ensure initial satisfaction and relationship stability.

Place orders and coordinate with internal fulfillment and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customers.

Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves

3+ years of B2B sales experience executing outbound outreach, cold calling, and lead generation.

Advanced English proficiency—written and spoken—to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients.

Strong CRM proficiency and ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Good to Haves

Passion for ecological, environmental, or water-focused products.

Experience in event-based sales outreach or scheduling.

Prior experience in a remote-first international team.
