Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

About the Role Our client is a highly reputable U.S.-based driver education provider with decades of experience helping learners become safe, confident, and responsible drivers. We're looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for students and customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to drive enrollments—all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and adhering to company policies
Identify student needs and recommend appropriate programs to maximize enrollment opportunities
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed established targets
Operations & Administration
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve internal processes
Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard communication tools
Open to both bilingual (English and Spanish) and non-bilingual candidates
Good to Haves
Experience using CRM systems for tracking and reporting performance metrics
Prior experience in educational or training service industries, or student enrollment processes
