
Assistant Property Manager - Coastal Club

Responsibilities
Support leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals, including timely prospect follow-up, application processing, and lease execution in accordance with Pegasus leasing standards
Manage accounts receivable, including rent collections, delinquency follow-up, notices, and documentation in compliance with company procedures
Assist in monitoring occupancy, leasing activity, and delinquency to support achievement of community performance targets
Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports, including leasing, collections, and operational data
Maintain complete and audit-ready resident files in accordance with Pegasus compliance standards
Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and Pegasus Residential policies at all times
Coordinate with maintenance to support unit readiness, minimize vacancy loss, and ensure timely completion of service requests
Address resident concerns and service issues promptly and professionally
Support implementation of approved leasing strategies, concessions, and renewal efforts
Assist with training and reinforcing standard operating procedures with onsite team members
Maintain organized office operations, including required reporting, filing, and system updates
