Primary Purpose Develop, manage and implement strategic advertising campaigns and sponsorships for Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, and PECO. Focus on bill‑support programs, reliability, electrical & gas safety, storm preparedness, and community engagement. Leverage market research to create data‑driven communications that inform, engage, and educate customers and communities. This position may require extended hours for emergency coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Note:

This is a hybrid position (in‑office with remote flexibility). Employees must be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The role is open to our office within Delaware, and candidates must be able to commute within our service area.

Primary Duties

Develop, manage and implement multiple customer educational and promotional advertising campaigns and sponsorships targeting residential customers, business customers and/or stakeholders (40%).

Manage creative and media‑buying agencies that support the advertising strategy and tactics (40%).

Manage advertising budgets including development, invoice processing, accruals and forecasting (10%).

Help develop and leverage market research to achieve advertising objectives (10%).

Job Scope

Reports to the Communications Manager.

Full‑time position based in Newark, DE.

Works across multiple departments, company executives, and external stakeholders to manage multiple marketing plans.

Requires ability to travel.

Requires ability to work extended hours in evenings and/or weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field, or equivalent experience.

4–7 years of relevant experience, or if lacking a degree, 6–9 years of relevant experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong leadership and project‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree.

Familiarity with cross‑channel marketing.

Experience with vendor management.

Strong business acumen.
