Responsibilities

Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from kickoff through reporting

Manage timelines, deliverables, creator communication, and approvals

Source, vet, negotiate, and contract influencer talent

Develop creator strategies and build shortlists based on data, trends, and brand alignment

Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production, and social teams

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships

Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through execution

Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator or talent relationships

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
