Where And How You’d Work Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on‑site under the same roof. But work‑life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit‑stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do In This Role We are looking for a skilled Email Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team!
You’re Probably a Match If
You have 2+ years of experience.
You have technical experience working with HTML, CSS and SMS coding.
You have experience developing email marketing campaigns using email service providers (like Klaviyo, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud)
You have experience working with complementary marketers using Paid Marketing, PR, OTT, and other organic tactics to scale and grow products and/or businesses.
What Winning Looks Like
Pull email marketing performance and results, updating key marketers and stakeholders on effectiveness of campaign
Map and keep current all email nurture journeys and alert key team members of performance, updates needed, and results
Regularly report on email data as it relates to Google Analytics 4 and other business data platforms (like Tableau).
Define email list requirements and ensure emails are delivered on time to the right audiences
Comply with CAN-SPAM & CCPA guidelines and help govern email list recipients
Provide results of A/B testing for improvements
Monitor deliverability and help remediate blocks or IP issues
Manage software updates and sender and delivery profiles
But we don’t just need an email builder. We need someone to own and optimize this channel for the business using known or new organic digital tactics.
