5+ years of total professional experience 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams Demonstrated experience contributing to products or platforms supporting $10M+ in annual revenue How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Experience in a role that requires user research and usability testing Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle Ability to analyze adoption metrics and business performance data Strong communication skills for providing regular updates to stakeholders
