What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and IT to identify business needs within the Salesforce ecosystem
Develop and execute product roadmaps for assigned Salesforce feature areas
Apply agile product management practices to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
Lead feature deployment activities for Salesforce enhancements and ensure successful rollout and adoption
Conduct market and user research to generate insights that inform product decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5+ years of total professional experience
At least 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Proven experience working with cross‑functional business and technology teams
Demonstrated contribution to products or platforms supporting $10M+ in annual revenue
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience conducting user research sessions, including interviews and usability testing
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
Strong analytical skills to assess adoption metrics and business performance data
