Location: Mansfield, CT
Description: Experience the satisfaction of helping someone to fulfill their goal of finding competitive employment. We are seeking someone who is able to positively engage with adults with mental health and co-occurring substance abuse disorders in order to help them reach their goal of finding employment. Must also be able to engage with potential employers to identify available job opportunities. Employment Services using an evidenced based model. Critical functions include job development, job coaching and placement, resume writing, mock interviewing and ongoing job support. Requires extensive work in the community.
Schedule: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant human service field required or Associate’s Degree in relevant human services field plus two years of relevant experience.
Salary Range:
Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency:
$19.96 – $22.59 per hour depending on experience.
