Job Description
Support attorneys with day‑to‑day legal assistant responsibilities within a real estate practice
Prepare, revise, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and transaction‑related materials
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, meetings, and deadlines
Open, organize, and maintain client and matter files with strong attention to detail
Coordinate document execution, signatures, and file follow‑up
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal staff
Handle administrative and legal support tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced office environment
Help keep matters moving by staying organized, proactive, and responsive
Qualifications
Prior legal assistant experience required
Law firm or legal department experience required
Real estate legal experience preferred
Strong document formatting, proofreading, and organization skills
Strong calendar management, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable working full‑time on‑site in Phoenix
