Role Summary The Senior Multimedia Designer is a graphic design–first creative with advanced capabilities in video, motion, and interactive content. This role leads the visual creation of marketing materials across print and digital channels, transforming concepts into high‑quality visual assets while maintaining brand standards.

Core Graphic Design (Primary)

Design and produce brand‑consistent marketing assets including print collateral, digital graphics, presentations, infographics, and campaign visuals.

Develop and extend visual systems such as typography, layout structure, color standards, iconography, and illustration styles.

Prepare production‑ready files for both print and digital outputs ensuring accuracy and quality control.

Enhanced Multimedia & Motion (Secondary)

Edit and produce short‑form videos and motion graphics, including cuts, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and simple animations.

Product or situational photography.

Capture and retouch photography as required.

Create lightweight 3D graphics or collaborate with specialists for advanced content.

Digital & Interactive

Build interactive presentations and digital experiences for web, e‑learning, and event usage.

Optimize assets for web, mobile, and social platforms while ensuring accessibility and usability compliance.

Prepare digital handoffs with clear specifications for development or marketing operations teams.

Project Ownership & Collaboration

Translate briefs into visual concepts, manage schedules, and drive multiple concurrent projects.

Collaborate with marketing partners and stakeholders, presenting work and integrating feedback.

Maintain accurate status updates and time tracking within project management systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.

5–7+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals and multimedia capabilities.

Tools & Technical (Modernized)

Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat.

Figma for layout, collaboration, and system design.

PowerPoint and/or Keynote for advanced presentation design.

Lightroom/Camera Raw for photography editing.

Rise, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools for basic 3D (nice to have).

Application Requirements
