
Marketing Project Manager

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager for a contract position. This role involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of data-driven marketing initiatives. The position focuses on Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, multi-channel campaign orchestration, and marketing analytics to achieve measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines marketing operations, project management, and data fluency to translate complex requirements into actionable delivery plans across cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital marketing initiatives, including CDP implementations and enhancements.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans across multiple workstreams.
Manage dependencies across marketing, data, technology, and vendor teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Customer Data Platforms.
Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize campaigns and manage execution calendars.
Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
Facilitate regular status updates, risk management, and executive reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, marketing operations, or related roles.
Experience working with Customer Data Platforms.
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing.
Experience with marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
Experience integrating CDPs with CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouse platforms.
Hands‑on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
