Role Summary The
Content Creator II
is a mid-level production role responsible for independently executing video and photo productions from concept through final delivery.
You’re not just showing up to shoot, you’re owning projects. This role requires strong technical execution, creative problem-solving, and the ability to deliver consistently under pressure. You’ll take the lead on small to mid-scale productions, collaborating with producers and creative leadership to bring concepts to life while maintaining speed, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities Production Execution
Execute video and photo productions independently from concept development through final delivery
Plan and manage small to mid-scale productions, including pre-production, shot planning, and on-set execution
Lead camera, lighting, and basic audio setup across a variety of production environments
Capture high-quality photo and video assets aligned with creative direction and brand standards
Post-Production & Delivery
Edit and deliver completed photo and video assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, format, and timeline expectations
Maintain consistency in visual style, pacing, and storytelling across projects
Collaboration & Creative Development
Collaborate with producers and creative leadership to develop concepts, shot lists, and production approaches
Contribute creative ideas that elevate storytelling and visual impact across client work
Interpret client briefs and translate them into effective visual executions
Production Ownership & Problem Solving
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and execution from start to finish
Troubleshoot technical and production challenges on set to maintain momentum and timelines
Adapt quickly to changing conditions, environments, and client needs
Equipment & Readiness
Maintain readiness and proper care of cameras, lighting equipment, and production gear
Ensure all necessary equipment is prepared, tested, and functional prior to production days
Follow OMG production standards and best practices for gear management
On-Set Expectations
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to execute with all necessary gear, knowledge of the production plan, and awareness of your role
Maintain a high level of professionalism, focus, and urgency throughout all production days
Operate with a team-first mindset, stepping into any role needed to support the success of the production, regardless of title or position
Take clear direction from producers, directors, and senior creatives while executing tasks efficiently and without disruption to workflow
Communicate proactively and effectively with team members to ensure alignment and avoid delays or mistakes
Maintain awareness of surroundings, safety protocols, and production flow at all times
Represent OMG and its clients professionally in all on-set interactions, including with clients, talent, and external partners
Stay engaged and productive throughout the entirety of the production day, minimizing downtime and avoiding distractions
Adapt quickly to changing conditions, timelines, and creative direction without compromising attitude or performance
Take ownership of mistakes, resolve issues quickly, and maintain forward momentum without creating friction for the team
Team Support & Mentorship
Support and mentor junior production staff, assistants, or Content Creator I roles during productions
Lead by example on set through professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail
Growth & Innovation
Conduct ongoing research into new creative techniques, production tools, and content trends
Continuously improve personal skill set across video, photo, and production workflows
Qualifications Required
3–5+ years of experience in video production, photography, or content creation
Strong proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting setups, and basic audio capture
Experience editing video and photo content using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to independently plan and execute productions with minimal oversight
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in firearms, tactical, outdoor, or performance industries
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced production environment
Familiarity with social media content formats and platform-specific best practices
Basic motion graphics or advanced editing capabilities
