About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist II (Copywriter) to create and produce compelling marketing content that strengthens the *** brand and engages members across multiple channels. You will translate complex product insights into clear, consumer-facing messaging across web, email, social, and digital campaigns, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, content-driven environment, can manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop concepts and copy for product marketing, campaigns, digital ads, and communications initiatives.
Ensure messaging is brand-aligned, concise, and clear across multiple channels.
Implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve content visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and sales teams to ensure content supports campaign goals and member engagement.
Analyze content performance metrics and optimize messaging for impact.
Maintain editorial calendars and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Act as a point of contact for sensitive or crisis communications.
Assist in vendor management and adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of experience in copywriting, marketing communications, or content strategy.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for digital channels.
Strong understanding of brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency.
Experience with SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and metadata optimization.
Proficiency with CMS and editorial tools; familiarity with Workfront a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Prior work in a fast-paced, multi-channel marketing environment.
Ability to educate internal teams and vendors on brand standards and best practices.
