We are seeking an energetic and motivated
Customer Engagement & Event Representative
to represent our brand at community events and connect with homeowners in a meaningful way.
This is not a traditional desk job — you’ll be actively involved in events, helping initiate conversations and create opportunities for future consultations.
? What You’ll Do Represent the company at community events, retail pop-ups, and local gatherings
Engage with homeowners and introduce available services in a friendly and confident manner
Assist in booking appointments or follow-up meetings
Support booth setup and breakdown as needed
Maintain a positive and professional brand presence at all times
? What You’ll Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred
Comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with people
Willingness to work weekends and attend events as scheduled
Basic organizational and tech skills (booking tools, mobile apps)
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
