We are looking for a highly skilled Content Creator & Video Editor to transform 30+ hours of raw footage into a high-performing 30-day content system across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This is a

deliverables-based contract role

focused on building a consistent, conversion-driven content engine for a growing modest fashion brand.

You will work directly with the founder to align content with a clear goal:

Grow brand visibility, engagement, and sales. We are in a high-growth phase with a clear path toward scaling to $100K/month in revenue.

What You’ll Do

Review and organize ~30 hours of existing footage (plus recent filmed content)

Identify high-impact clips, hooks, and storytelling moments

Edit short‑form video content (Reels/TikTok optimized)

Develop a 30‑day content calendar aligned with brand strategy

Write engaging, on‑brand captions with clear calls‑to‑action

Format and prepare content for IG, TikTok, and Facebook

Deliver content in organized batches for review and posting

Deliverables

30 fully edited short‑form videos

30 captions (platform‑optimized)

30‑day content calendar

Organized footage library (tagged and categorized)

Optional: additional bonus clips from existing footage

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience editing short‑form video (Reels/TikTok)

Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, and viral structure

Ability to translate brand vision into compelling content

Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or founder‑led brands preferred

Highly organized and able to manage large volumes of content

Understanding of modest fashion and Muslim audience is a strong plus

Compensation $2,500–$3,000 for initial 30‑day project

Opportunity for ongoing monthly retainer based on performance
