Edit short‑form video content (Reels/TikTok optimized)
Develop a 30‑day content calendar aligned with brand strategy
Write engaging, on‑brand captions with clear calls‑to‑action
Format and prepare content for IG, TikTok, and Facebook
Deliver content in organized batches for review and posting
Deliverables
30 fully edited short‑form videos
30 captions (platform‑optimized)
30‑day content calendar
Organized footage library (tagged and categorized)
Optional: additional bonus clips from existing footage
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience editing short‑form video (Reels/TikTok)
Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, and viral structure
Ability to translate brand vision into compelling content
Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or founder‑led brands preferred
Highly organized and able to manage large volumes of content
Understanding of modest fashion and Muslim audience is a strong plus
Compensation $2,500–$3,000 for initial 30‑day project
Opportunity for ongoing monthly retainer based on performance
How to Apply Please include the following in your application:
Links to 3–5 short‑form videos you’ve edited
2–3 examples of reels you’ve edited that performed well
A short answer to this question: If you were given 30 hours of raw footage, how would you decide what becomes content?
(Optional but encouraged) A quick idea for how you would turn behind‑the‑scenes footage into an engaging reel
