Job Title: Social Media Manager We are seeking a highly organized, trend-savvy, and proactive Social Media Manager to support and execute the social strategy for the company. This role will work closely with the Social Media Director to bring campaigns and daily content to life across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.

The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social media culture, understands fast-moving content environments, and can seamlessly balance planning with real-time execution.

Key Responsibilities Social Strategy Execution

Partner with the Social Media Director to execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with business and brand goals

Translate high-level strategy into daily content plans and actionable initiatives

Support growth, engagement, and conversion across all platforms

Channel Management

Oversee day-to-day management of social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and others

Schedule, publish, and optimize content across platforms

Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand messaging

Content Calendar & Campaign Planning

Own and manage the social content calendar across all platforms

Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and key brand moments

Coordinate content timing with product drops, partnerships, and marketing initiatives

Trend Monitoring & Cultural Relevance

Stay current on social trends, viral content, and cultural moments—especially on TikTok

Proactively identify opportunities to engage in real-time conversations and trends

Bring fresh, relevant ideas to keep content timely and competitive

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics across platforms

Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach

Support testing and optimization of content formats and posting strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to execute content

Collaborate with the Social Media Director on campaign strategy and reporting

Assist in coordinating content captured by internal teams or talent

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms

Experience managing content calendars and executing campaigns

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written communication and understanding of brand voice

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social performance data

Salary $100,000-$115,000
