Basic Function We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue. This role will own the development and optimization of our demand generation engine, leveraging HubSpot as the core platform for lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.

The ideal candidate understands how to build full-funnel growth systems – from lead acquisition and segmentation to automated nurture programs and sales enablement. You should be comfortable analyzing performance data, running experiments, and continuously improving conversion across the buyer journey. You should have some ag industry experience, whether professionally or from a personal interest perspective.

This role will work closely with sales to ensure marketing is driving qualified opportunities and measurable business growth.

Director of Marketing

Primary Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to:

Own HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and segmentation

Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline

Design and implement lead nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel

Run A/B tests across landing pages, emails, and conversion paths

Use behavioral and engagement data to improve targeting and personalization

Build workflows that support sales follow-up, deal acceleration, and lead handoff

Track and report on campaign performance including MQLs generated, pipeline creation, cost per opportunity, and revenue influenced

Build dashboards in HubSpot that provide leadership with clear insights into marketing performance

Develop a culture of experimentation by testing messaging, channels, and conversion strategies

Identify new acquisition opportunities across paid, organic, and partner channels

Continuously optimize marketing programs based on performance insights

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, or analytics

3–5 years of experience in demand generation, or lifecycle marketing

Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation

Experience managing full-funnel demand generation campaigns

Familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and marketing attribution

Deep understanding of conversion optimization and funnel metrics

Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to inform decisions

Ability to build and optimize automated workflows and nurture campaigns

Experience collaborating closely with sales teams

Experience in agriculture, or product marketing a plus
