Your mission Responsible for developing and sustaining long term business relationships, managing and expanding our customer base, and driving sales growth across buying groups. The role will work closely with our production and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met while identifying additional sales opportunities to sell additional products and services.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate discussions and manage negotiations with buying group partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests
Provide attractive solutions to the buying groups and subsequent members (products, services and digital offering) and liaise with key internal stakeholders in all required business segments at the earliest stage to respond to clients' integrated business needs
Expand sales, introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets. Ensure that pricing and agreements are up-to-date and communicated to needed persons
Responsible for the coordination of the deliveries, order to cash cycle, including Hiab equipment, installation scheduling, frameworks scheduling, truck deliveries and handover
Coordinate/attend Buying Group annual tradeshows and conferences. Coordinate/attend annual business reviews with buying group partners
Structure, negotiate and execute annual Buying Group Agreements. Ensure program/agreement compliance from all participants
What we are looking for
High School diploma or equivalent required
2+ years in a business to business customer service environment
SAP experience preferred
Salesforce or other CRM platform preferred
Strong understanding of load handling business, understanding of the current and future offerings
Strong business mind-set with basic financial understanding, including capability to handle the complex sales process and finalize deals
Estimated travel days/year: 20 days
