Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration
Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience
Support various processes including sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house operations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Completion of job readiness training at one of the employer's nonprofit partners
Effective communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team members
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Professional handling of customer interactions and potential issues
Willingness to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
