What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level financial executives across cannabis retailers
Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential of financial products and services
Stay updated on trends and regulations in the cannabis and financial services sectors
Identify pain points related to cannabis banking and offer tailored banking solutions
Collaborate with product, compliance, and relationship management teams to deliver exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services and/or fintech
Proven ability to manage and prioritize activities around a pipeline of deals
Understanding of various financial products such as loans, lines of credit, and treasury management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with cannabis banking and compliance issues
Familiarity with the cannabis industry's regulatory environment
Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
Background in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and hustle
