Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager role based in Northern Broward and Palm Beach counties. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through exceptional communication and proactive relationship management. Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, addressing client inquiries, managing service schedules, and resolving issues to meet client needs. The Account Manager will ensure that service plans and outcomes align with the standards and expectations of the company and its clients.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills for nurturing positive client relationships and resolving inquiries effectively.

Scheduling, Time Management, and Organizational skills to manage service plans and ensure timely service execution.

Problem‑Solving abilities and attention to detail to effectively address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.

Communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams.

Landscaping and account management experience is required

Experience with CRM software or project management tools is preferred.
