Job Description: Own and optimize the client's HubSpot platform to drive lead generation, digital marketing execution, and full-funnel performance tracking.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage HubSpot for lead generation and marketing automation
Build workflows, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle journeys
Develop dashboards for KPI, attribution, and funnel tracking
Oversee lead qualification, routing, and sales handoff
Partner cross-functionally to execute GTM strategies
Support account-based marketing initiatives
Track registrations, conversions, and campaign performance
Maintain CRM data integrity and attribution accuracy
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
HubSpot (Marketing Hub) hands-on experience
Workflow, nurture, and journey-building expertise
Multi-channel campaign execution experience
Strong analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting skillsles
Knowledge of attribution, funnel metrics, and tracking
Lead routing and sales handoff experience
Ability to execute GTM strategies
Strong communication and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
HubSpot certifications
CRM data hygiene and lifecycle governance
GA4 or web analytics tools experience
Multi-product/service support experience
A/B testing, CRO, and email deliverability knowledge
