Salary = £40,000

As part of a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage, performance marketing plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality demand to support continued growth.
The Role This role owns HubSpot across the business — improving lead nurturing, automation, reporting and funnel conversion.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure leads are segmented, scored and converted efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automation and nurture journeys
Create and optimise email marketing campaigns
Improve CRM data quality, segmentation and lead scoring
Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance
Collaborate with Sales to improve conversion rates
What You’ll Bring
