Partner with B2B and Inside Sales teams to analyze workflows and propose technology-driven improvements Conduct process discovery sessions to translate sales challenges into actionable requirements Manage the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and ensure rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Research emerging sales technologies and AI trends for new automation and efficiency opportunities Collaborate with IT and AI developers to refine user stories for AI prompt engineering and tool integrations What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a Systems-focused role Proven experience in business analysis or product ownership, specifically within a Salesforce environment Expertise in writing high-quality User Stories and managing backlogs Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and process mapping How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience managing or curating content for AI/Large Language Model tools Ability to navigate technical conversations with IT and strategic conversations with Sales EEO Statement
