A pioneering climate tech start-up is seeking a

Business Development/Sales Leader

to drive commercial expansion across the continent through

Industrial

partnerships.

Target Markets: Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands (& wider, Europe).

Energy services or energy technology sales experience is a minimum requirement for this opportunity.

The business is a fast-growing, forward-thinking climate tech start-up, on a mission to

electrify industry —replacing fossil-fuelled heat in

manufacturing/industrial processes , with clean, sustainable, renewable energy.

Their proprietary technology enables industrial customers to decarbonise high-temperature processes without sacrificing reliability or cost-effectivity.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and close new business with industrial customers and energy project developers

Lead the development of commercial strategy across the target;

German industrial, manufacturing or processing customers as the primary target, with expansion into France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden & Finland also, as opportunities emerge.

Manage and grow existing accounts.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with technical and finance teams to align solutions with customer needs

Represent the company at industry events and negotiate complex contracts

Requirements:

5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors (selling to industrials)

Proven success in executing complex, multi-million-euro sales environments

Strong understanding of industrial heating processes and energy markets

Sales track-record desirable in Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands

Fluent in English & additional

European Language(s)
