Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video. Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dedicated, self‑motivated Executive Assistant for our team in Culver City, California. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail‑oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A candidate who has a positive attitude and will thrive amid the pressures of a fast‑paced environment is essential. The candidate will possess excellent judgment and can succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities and global scheduling needs. The candidate will be good at building strong relationships with the assistant community across both Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios. Key job responsibilities
Developing day‑to‑day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts Phone calls and messaging Help plan domestic & international travel itineraries and process expenses Event organization and group communications Administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders Track and drive to completion key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items Meeting and greeting internal and external guests Basic Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience Experience with executive level calendar management Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience leading process improvements Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed Experience in the entertainment industry Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities Experience working independently with minimal supervision Can show excellent decision‑making capabilities under pressure Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
