Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dedicated, self‑motivated Executive Assistant for our team in Culver City, California. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail‑oriented, and organized, with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive amid the pressures of a fast‑paced environment are essential. The candidate should possess excellent judgment and succeed with minimal guidance, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities, and handling global scheduling needs. Building strong relationships with the assistant community across both Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios is also key.

Key Responsibilities

Develop day‑to‑day schedule and prioritize activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts

Handle phone calls and messaging

Plan domestic and international travel itineraries and process expenses

Organize events and group communications

Provide administrative support functions, including document organization, meeting preparation, supply ordering, and purchase orders

Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items

Meet and greet internal and external guests

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of executive assistant experience

Experience with executive‑level calendar management

Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Experience leading process improvements

Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company

Experience handling administrative details independently, exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

Experience in the entertainment industry

Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Experience working independently with minimal supervision

Strong decision‑making capabilities under pressure

Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards

Location: Culver City, CA, USA • Salary Range: $74,200 – $129,800 per year (USD). Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
