The Opportunity Anchor Health Capital is building the next phase of its capital formation efforts and is seeking to expand its investor relationships.
This role is focused on origination — identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and converting relationships into committed capital. In collaboration with the Director of Strategic Marketing, you will build and manage your own pipeline while partnering with leadership to expand the firm’s reach among family offices, high‑net‑worth investors (HNW), and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating momentum, operating with ownership, and contributing meaningfully to the firm’s fundraising trajectory. The successful candidate will report to the President while working closely with the Director of Strategic Marketing to ensure organizational alignment.
This role can be based in Dallas, TX; Chattanooga, TN; or Charlottesville, VA though we have a strong preference for candidates located in Dallas, TX.
Compensation will be structured as a competitive total package consisting of a base salary and discretionary bonus opportunity. Bonus potential will reflect individual contribution, capital raising performance, and overall platform growth objectives.
How you’ll contribute (Responsibilities) Capital Origination
Identify, source, and cultivate new investor relationships across HNW, family office, and RIA channels
Lead proactive outreach efforts including cold introductions, strategic networking, and targeted relationship development
Drive capital commitments for healthcare real estate investment vehicles
Manage the full investor lifecycle from initial introduction through commitment and ongoing engagement
Maintain a disciplined investor pipeline and CRM tracking system, including activity, meeting notes, and follow‑up strategy
Partner with leadership to refine capital raising strategy and investor segmentation
Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence discussions
Collaborate with Investments and Development teams to align capital raising efforts with product strategy
Contribute to development of offering materials, presentations, and investor communications
Conference and Event Participation
Attend industry conferences, RIA meetings, GP/allocator events, and Anchor‑hosted dinners
Manage follow‑ups, capture meeting notes, and convert event contacts into meaningful pipeline opportunities
Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and active capital partners
Maintain consistent and professional communication cadence
Gather and relay market intelligence from investor conversations to inform strategy
What you bring (Skill sets, education, etc.)
3-7+ years of demonstrated experience and track record in capital raising, capital introduction, private equity, real estate investment management, or alternative investments
Demonstrated involvement in successful capital raises and proactive investor outreach
Existing relationships within HNW, family office, or RIA communities strongly preferred
Strong understanding of private investment structures (equity, preferred equity, joint ventures, private funds)
Proven ability to independently build and manage an investor pipeline
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a growth‑stage capital platform
High level of accountability and production‑oriented mindset
CRM proficiency and disciplined tracking of outreach and investor engagement
Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, real estate, or related field preferred
Experience within real estate private equity, private credit, hedge funds, or alternative investment platforms preferred
