We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Key Account Manager
to oversee and manage strategic clients for our cross-border operations between the USA and Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless logistics coordination, and driving business growth within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients involved in cross-border logistics operations (USA to Mexico)
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, escalations, and performance updates
Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, customs, transportation, and last-mile delivery) to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Monitor account performance, KPIs, and service levels to ensure client satisfaction and contractual compliance
Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and process improvements within existing accounts
Provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with cross-border regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards
Resolve operational issues proactively and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
3–6+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border operations
Strong understanding of USA–Mexico cross-border logistics, customs processes, and regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
