Join Our Team as Natural & Specialty Channel Sales Manager at TCP-USA TCP-USA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Natural & Specialty Channel Sales Manager to join our Integrated Sales function in a full‑time salaried role based in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening and accelerating our core business, driving digital and innovation, creating a future‑ready organization and exploring new opportunities. You'll work closely with brokers, buyers, and internal stakeholders, leveraging years of broad sales experience to continue growth in major and regional Natural/Specialty retailers. The ability to build strong relationships, demonstrate strong financial and category acumen, and manage broker relationships is key for this position.

Financial Outcomes Demonstrate strong command and control on sales fundamentals: accountable for all day‑to‑day selling aspects including developing and driving net sales plan, trade fund planning, deduction management, and forecasting to support S&O process.

P&L responsibility for accounts includes understanding and working with Retailers and internal cross functional teams to optimize Non‑Working Trade Expenses (Cash discounts, unsaleable, logistics fees, etc.).

Customer Service Managing the Natural and Specialty channel across the total portfolio with the goal of strengthening retailer partnerships, gaining new distribution, and improving promotional effectiveness through direct collaboration with buyers and brokers.

Internal Processes Effectively managing and controlling trade fund budget and revenue growth management principles to maximize trade investment.

High level forecasting ability as part of the S&O process.

Innovation and Learning Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and brokers to develop Joint Business/Strategic Customer plans.

Understanding Omni Channel strategy for Strategic Retailers and partnering with Ecomm team to accelerate growth.

People Management Leading, motivating, coaching and developing direct reports.

Provides guidance as to enhance competence through regular competency assessments for maintenance teams.

Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related business field.

5+ years of Sales Experience in combination of Direct Selling Roles and Internal Sales positions in the Consumer Products Industry.

Current driver’s license with clean driving record; must meet DOT driving standards.

Experience selling both Category Leading and Emerging Brands across multiple categories.

3+ years of experience selling to Natural Specialty retailers and distributors including Whole Foods/Sprouts/UNFI/KEHE.

Desired Success Factors Strong understanding of natural and specialty channels.

Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using syndicated and shipment sales to implement category strategies.

Proactive partner with sales strategy and marketing to build plans to support strategic initiatives.

Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Desire to grow and develop talent.

Benefits Total Target Compensation Hiring Range:

115,000 USD to 168,750 USD per year

The Total Target Compensation (TTC) at the time of hiring represents the pay range applicable upon commencement of employment. This range is effective from your hire date to March 31, 2027, and comprises both base pay and bonus pay. For further details regarding pay, please consult with your recruiter.

Final compensation for each employee will be determined based on various factors, including— but not limited to— geographical location, knowledge, skills and abilities, relevant experience, and educational background.

In addition to the Total Target Compensation, as part of Tata Consumer Products U.S. Inc., this position is eligible for our comprehensive employee benefits program.
