We have partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how CPA firms perform Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits, including 401(k), 403(b), and ESOP audits. Built by CPAs for CPAs, they provided a fully automated, end-to-end audit platform that reduces the time and manual effort required to complete audits while improving accuracy, compliance, and profitability for accounting firms.
Their technology streamlines complex audit workflows through automation, risk assessment, and real-time data validation, helping firms complete audits in a fraction of the time compared to traditional manual processes. As the company grows, they're looking for a motivated
Account Executive
to help expand their client base across the accounting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within CPA firms and accounting organizations
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through closing
Build relationships with CPA firm partners, audit managers, and firm leadership
Understand client challenges related to employee benefit plan audits and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and client success
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM
Must have Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience (SaaS, fintech, accounting technology, or professional services, e.g., legal tech)
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
Experience managing full sales cycles and building a pipeline
Consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
Experience in early-stage / smaller companies
Highlights
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
